Anglia Crown is delighted to be sponsoring the care catering category at the Cost Sector Catering Awards for the third year running.
The 2017 awards will be held at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel in Edgware Road tomorrow night (20 April), when the winners in each of the 19 categories will be named.
The Care Catering Award is aimed at anyone involved in feeding in a care setting who has significantly improved catering services for clients and residents.
Judges will be looking for evidence of how service delivery has been developed in all areas of client feeding and hydration, particularly in the context of the importance of food in the care of the customer.
The prestigious awards received more than 150 nominations and earlier this year a judging panel of 24 industry experts had the challenging task of compiling the shortlist.
The shortlist for this year’s Care Catering Award is:
- Steve Baxendell, T(n)S Catering Management
- David Richards, Four Seasons Health Care
- Iain Robertson, Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust
- Sunrise Senior Living
Paul Howell, head of commercial, who will be presenting the award on the night, said:
“We are absolutely delighted to be sponsoring the Care Catering Award for the third consecutive year.
“Many congratulations to all of the shortlisted contenders and the very best of luck to you all. We look forward to revealing the winner of this important award.”
Anglia Crown sponsored the Care Catering Award for the first time in 2015, when Jason Jones from the Catering Academy walked away with the title. Last year’s winner was Martin Rowe of Elmhurst Care Home, Quantum Care.
