We’re delighted to announce that from February 2015 our very own in-house dietitian Ruth Smith will be delivering a monthly insight on nutritional issues for healthcare in Cost Sector Catering magazine.
Ruth will be discussing the prominent problems in healthcare nutrition from food regulations to hydration, and will share her knowledge on the evolving challenges that the foodservice industry face.
As Anglia Crown’s Registered Dietitian and a web communications officer for Food Counts, a specialist group of the British Dietetic Association (BDA), Ruth’s expertise and specialist knowledge are highly valued. Ruth explains; “I am delighted to be given the opportunity to share expertise with Cost Sector Catering readers. Anglia Crown is driven by producing high quality nutritious meals and the magazine is a great forum in which to do this.”
