Anglia Crown develops reduced-sugar desserts

In response to the national drive for sugar reduction, Anglia Crown has developed reduced-sugar desserts as part of its individual frozen range, Crown Advantage.

The award-winning manufacturer for the UK’s healthcare sector, will be launching a reduced-sugar sponge and a reduced-sugar apple sponge this September.

The new sponge desserts will contain approximately one-third of the sugar content of the company’s standard sponges.

Anglia Crown and ISS Facility Services Healthcare promote excellence in patient food

To celebrate the new contract between Anglia Crown and ISS Facility Services Healthcare, a nationwide pop-up roadshow showcasing patient catering was devised.

Over two months, thousands of staff and visitors at 15 sites across the UK sampled the award-winning patient food.

The roadshows proved extremely popular with attendees being impressed by the quality of the meals and vast choice patients are provided with.
