Steve Baxendell of T(n)S Catering Management Wins Cost Sector Catering’s Care Catering Award

Anglia Crown presented Steve Baxendell of T(n)S Catering Management with the Care Catering Award at the 2017 Cost Sector Catering Awards last month.

Paul Howell, head of commercial at Anglia Crown, gave out the award on the night, which marked the company’s third consecutive year of sponsoring the category.

The award is aimed at anyone involved in feeding in a care setting who has significantly improved catering services for clients and residents.

Baxendell, the catering manager for T(n)S Catering Management at Blind Veterans UK in Llandudno in North Wales, was recognised for enhancing the eating experience for ex-service men and women who have lost their sight.

Howell said: “Anglia Crown was delighted to be part of a such a wonderful evening celebrating the hard work and achievements of individuals and companies working within the catering sector.

“Many congratulations to Steve Baxendell of T(n)S Catering Management for his inspirational work and to all the finalists of the care catering category, who demonstrated exceptional standards.”

A total of 19 awards were presented at the Hilton London Metropole Hotel in Edgware Road on 20 April in front of 700-strong audience.
