Anglia Crown are pleased to be exhibiting at the Hospital Caterers Association’s Leadership and Development Forum being held at Liverpool’s ACC, 30th and 31st March.

We are delighted that this successful Forum is finally back on the calendar so please visit us on stand number 69 where we will be showcasing our new range of chilled and frozen products. We will also be explaining how our new two-week pre-planned standard chilled menu can help your hospital. It has been designed to save your team time in planning the next menu and is dietetically compliant with the British Dietetic Association’s Digest standards, which again saves your dietitians having to review the menus in advance.

With a greater focus on white meat, fish, and increasingly popular plant-based dishes the menu has purposefully been designed to offer a reduced carbon footprint. With minimal repetition the plan has also been arranged to reduce menu fatigue for those staying longer in your care.

To compliment the new two-week chilled menu, we will shortly also be offering a range of niche frozen special diet menus.

This year we will be celebrating not only our 30th anniversary, but our other achievements which include the BFF Silver Award, Prestige Award ‘Hospital Provider of the Year’ and most recently the ‘Veggie Wholesaler of the Year’ by Vegetarian for Life, so please come along to the stand where we will have some amazing special celebratory events planned.
